Welcome to a fantastic apartment on the Sun Coast. The penthouse is located midway between Marbella and Gibraltar, 1 km from the beach, with an incredible view of the Mediterranean. The apartment is richly equipped with plenty of space for 10 people. The pool area contains sun loungers, parasols, showers and an impressive pool of 30 x 10 meters. The pool is located 50 meters from the lift, and is experienced as clean and well kept. Gardeners mow grass and tend hedges and trees so that the entire plant appears very well maintained.

The area is very family-friendly. It is a quiet and peaceful residential area, completely without noise from traffic. The air conditioning system is comfortable and provides good comfort throughout the apartment, and in all bedrooms. It is inlaid fiber which gives many users good internet access! The living room has marble floors and has a large sofa with seating for 7-8 pieces. The apartment contains a new kitchen with Scandinavian functionality. It is richly equipped and has all the necessary features for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen you can go straight out onto a 40 m2 veranda and enjoy breakfast.

Here is an incredible view, where you can see both Gibraltar and the African continent in one direction, and Estepona / Marbella in the other direction. Adjacent to the kitchen there is also a separate small laundry room which contains a washing machine. It is invested in good beds (180 cm wide) in all bedrooms, except for the last bedroom which contains bunk beds. The bedrooms contain an efficient glare system that makes it possible to get it completely dark in the rooms. The most beautiful beaches are located one kilometer from the apartment. There are also beach bars, boat and jet ski rentals and bouncy castles for the kids.

The beaches are cleaned every morning so that they appear inviting on arrival. At the end of the beach Torreguadiaro is the charming small town of Sotogrande. Here there is a large selection of restaurants and cafes and an impressive marina with large yachts. We can also recommend Puerto De La Duquesa, which also has a nice marina. Here, the restaurants are like pearls on a string, and there is a large selection of dining experiences at nice prices. It’s 10 min. by car to both of these ports. Possibly taxi (approx. 10 Euro). We recommend our tenants to rent a car, as it is steep to walk up from the beach to the apartment.

There are two parking spaces in the garage under the apartments, with a lift from the garage and right up to the front door. We only have one neighbor in our upstairs, and Josè who lives there speaks English and receives our tenants. He is helpful if any questions arise during the stay. There are countless opportunities for sunbathing and swimming along the beaches. The picture shows Torreguadiaro, 7 min. to drive from the apartment. Here you can rent sun loungers, and enjoy food and drink at several beach bars. In high season there are bouncy castles for the kids at sea, and jet ski rentals for the whole family.

This beach is referred to as one of the best beaches on the entire Sun Coast! There are good opportunities for walking in the immediate area. Up in the mountains opposite the apartment there is a super view over the Mediterranean and towards Gibraltar. There is a beautiful and popular hiking trail along the sea towards Duquesa – 10 beach bars are passed before arriving in Puerto De La Duquesa! Here it is popular to walk or jog in the morning. Car also provides the opportunity to take advantage of the many experiences that await in the Andalucia area.

The holiday could be extra memorable! Feel free to drive up to Ronda, one of Andalucia’s white villages in a spectacular location. There are several popular water parks on the Sun Coast. The picture shows Bahia Park, which is approx. 45 min. from the apartment. We highly recommend a visit to Gibraltar. Here you get i.a. close contact with monkeys. The mountain has a proud history, and has, among other things, been the location for the recording of the James Bond film

“The living daylights” where a-ha was responsible for the soundtrack. There is an eldorado of golf courses along the Costa del Sol / Costa del golf course. For example, there are two 18-hole golf courses with stunning views, 10 minutes from Puerto De La Duquesa, which are considered among Europe’s best golf courses. There are several zoos nearby, including Zoo de Castellar Rescue Center (20 min. Away) where we have petted lions, lemurs and leopards! Shopping opportunities: Approx. 25 minutes to Marbella’s renowned and largest shopping mall, La Canada. Free parking. Distances: 70 min. to Malaga airport. 30 min. to Marbella. 25 minutes to Puerto Banus. 20 minutes to Gibraltar.
