The apartment is located in a quiet and child-friendly residential area about 5 minutes from Marbella, up the hill towards the mountain La Concha / Sierra Blancha. It takes about 5 minutes by car to Puerto Banus, 5 minutes to Marbella city center and 3 minutes to the nearest beach. It is a short walk to golf courses, the beach, shopping malls and the motorway.

The apartment has a high standard and is fully furnished. It was used as a display apartment for the Imara project, and was in that connection fully furnished by interior architects.

The apartment is furnished to live in, which involves all technical aids, as well as TV with Most Norwegian channels NRK, TV2 TVNorge, TV3 etc.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 large with double bed, attached bathroom and air conditioning, and one smaller bedroom with bunk bed.

There are 2 large bathrooms, one with shower and bath (separate) and the other with shower.

For winter use, there is central heating in all rooms, as well as underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

We have a small children’s pool that can be placed in the garden, in addition to the children’s pool that is shared at the facility.
