The apartment is located in a quiet and child-friendly residential area about 5 minutes from Marbella, up the hill towards the mountain La Concha / Sierra Blancha. It takes about 5 minutes by car to Puerto Banus, 5 minutes to Marbella city center and 3 minutes to the nearest beach. It is a short walk to golf courses, the beach, shopping malls and the motorway.
The apartment has a high standard and is fully furnished. It was used as a display apartment for the Imara project, and was in that connection fully furnished by interior architects.
